    You may want to try installing the older Windows Media Player for Mac. It won't play the video embedded in the website, but it should spawn a Media Player window, and play the stream.

    Highlight all the tracks you want to change the artist name on (shift + click if they are in order, Apple + Click if they are spread throughout the list) then press Apple + I . That will open the Info screen for the highlighted tracks. Enter the Artist name, click OK.

    Yes it does. I'm quite impressed with Parallels. The only problem I've had with hardware between the Mac and the Virtual Machine was a Logitech joystick. For some reason the USB joystick connected to the Mac could not be enabled in Parallels.

    I think there's a screen labeled "Incoming Mail Security" and you need you check the "Use Secure Sockets Layer" box. That will tell Mail.app to use an SSL connection to the Exchange server. (https)

    iChat supports Jabber and AIM finally, so you could talk with AIM Buddies, or Google Talk buddies. But, like the other posters, I prefer Adium.

    VNC will do what you need. You install the VNC server program on your Mac, and the VNC client software on your PC. If you just need command line access you can install an SSH client on your PC like Putty or Poderosa and SSH into your Mac.

    I thought the "Whine" fix was updating the MacBook's firmware. You can get the update from Apple's support site.

    It's the dreaded random shutdown error. You'll need to take it to the Apple store to get it fixed. (They'll replace the logic board.) More info HERE.
