    Asante Router & LaserJet 6MP

Internet Printing Protocol is the newest protocol and came out around 2000, so I'm guessing that isn't the right one for an Asante router. Try LPD.

    Asante Router & LaserJet 6MP

The printer queue name should be in the router manual - which you may be able to download if you don't have it. It is important to distinguish between the queue name at the print server and the queue name on your computer. They have NO relationship to each other! The queue name you enter in...

    EpsonNet Printer Connection

From the info from System Profiler, the printer is connected using appletalk. In Printer Setup, click Add/+. Click More Printers. Select Epson appletalk, and it should show up. Forgot to add that you may need to turn on appletalk in whichever network method you're using - ie, if ethernet then...

    HP printer error over network

Yes you could probably just reset to defaults, but if possible, it would be better to set a fixed IP address, so you can always find it there. It probably has a web admin page for that?

    HP printer error over network

Bingo. You need to set up the print server to be in the same subnet. Is there anything else going on here? Do you have two routers by any chance?

    HP printer error over network

Tell me the IP addresses of computer & printer. Since you are behind a router, they both need to be in the same subnet - which means: the first 3 parts of the IP address need to be the same, like 192.168.1.3 and 192.168.1.21. Is it possible they aren't?

    HP printer error over network

I would try IP printing to see if it is Bonjour (mDNS=Bonjour) that is messed up. You can probably find the print server IP address and queue name (=port name) by pressing a button on the print server.

    HP printer error over network

This is almost certainly a driver issue, not a network issue. You need a CUPS driver to use the OS X network print protocols. There's one included with OS X (Gimp-Print) for the 1115, but not for the C6180. Get the 3-part hpijs driver set...

    can i share te printer?

It is much easier to share from Mac to Mac. (connect the printer to the mini) Read about this in Help > Mac Help on your computer, by entering "share printer" in the question/topic area.

Yes. You will need a second router, and any one computer will access only one or the other at a time.

Problem connecting wireless Epson Stylus DX9400F printer

I don't have Leopard. Isn't there a More Printers button somewhere in the Add Printer dialog? Click that, and then select the proprietary protocol Epson USB. That is how you select the driver provided by Epson. The driver provided by Epson isn't capable of printing via network (except...

websharing - why I cannot access my mac site?

What you want to do is called port forwarding. Read the router manual. You want to forward requests for port 80 (http) to the local IP address of your Mac. Then, external clients will connect to the web site via http://external_IP_address. HTH

HP LaserJet 2100 to work with iMac 10.4.11 Tiger?

Here's what I know and don't know - I don't have a USB-parallel adapter (I have three parallel printers, but I have opted for the approach Kees recommends - parallel port print servers). I have helped 10+ people use "various" brand USB-parallel adapters, including the very cheap ones ($10)...

cannot print to my windows networked dell 922 printer

moore78ad - I guess you missed my reply to Kees... You need a driver to print to any printer -- there are No Mac drivers for that model Dell non-postscript printer.

cannot print to my windows networked dell 922 printer

Kees, that won't help in any way if you don't have a Mac OS X driver.
