Ok I start to understand. Because if I get a working link from a Windows user, and just copy/paste the link, it will be a workable link also for my client. I guess it has some code that I just can't see.

When I send email from Mail.app or Airmail to my client that uses Windows and outlook, the links I send him is broken, and not clickable. He has to copy and paste the link/URL. Somebody knows whats going on? Thanks!

That's my problem. Unfortunately I don't have the chance to make any tests before. And I don't even know if I will be allowed to use my own computer yet. I asked and will know soon. Ig not I have to use the one available, and that will be a pc with Windows for sure :(

I will build a keynote presentation for a presentation at univeristy. My MBP will be connected to a external screen for the public. Now I am wondering if there is a way so that I can have also my personal notes to look at on my MBP, but they will not show on the public screen? Many thanks!

I only know that they have all ports open on the LAN that I have connected the Netgear to. So that I can open and close any ports I want too in my Netgear. And everything else is working fine for me.

I know this is the standard procedure. But you don't answer my question. Why should I not just not swap the disks? (I have iLife already) Why I just want to swap disks is because of all the settings and licenses etc. stored in the root, so I don't have to do this things all over again.
