After removing Dave 3.1 (the smb client for X works fine and I don't need Dave), I noticed that the 3 Dave Icons in System Preferences (under the "Other" category) are still there. How can I delete these? I've been searching via the terminal, but I am unable to locate the files. Please help...

Since I downloaded the dev tools from apple, I have no dev tools cd to ls. However, I did ls the /Developer/ directory, as that's where all of the dev tools are installed and I piped it into a text file. This file is 680 kb, so I doubt you want me to post it let alone try to look through it...
