Why can't you just boot into a classic OS cd and install classic from there?

Seems that os x doest have drag and drop capabilities built in. the feature has to be added to each app (coacoa app atleast) by the developer for you to be able to drag and drop text.

It would be nice to have a striped down os x (like those pda's that run linux) that would run on a a 68k prossesor (like my graphing calculator :) ). Or maybe even a Dragonball prosseor so that it could also be compatibal with Palm OS (like classic is under os x).

I read that X server has samba...... does that mean that apple made a port that allows X users to mount windoz shares?

Isn't 'del *' a DOS command? The unix command for deleting files is 'rm' but I'm not sure how to delete files in batch. I had the same problem with my trash, so I just used RBrowser as root (sudo open /applications/RBrowser), navigated into my trash (~/.trash), selected everthing in the folder...

Find a paperclip and jam it into that title hole in your cd-rom drive a few times till u hit something hard, then push. Out comes your cd (this actully works)! But can't you just press the button on your cd-rom drive durring startup to eject the cd, or do you have one of those slotloading imacs...

I fixed my problem! I had a messed up library that was causing all my problems. I got a good one from my friend and now everything works fine! I'm glad to say I am posting from OmniWeb now :)!

Yea, I clicked reload a bunch of times. The little turning arrow thing also stoped (meaning that its done loading) and nothing. I have no problems with any other sites. I also tryed purging the cach and deleting all the cookies....
