Its just got to be your belkins ports then. The Mac version of msn must use different ports to the windows version. And if you can use Iming on different networks then its got to be the belkins fault.

Sounds like you may have to open ports for instant messaging. hxxp://www.electrictoolbox.com/article/networking/open-firewall-msn-icq/ may help but the instructions are for opening ports on another type of router. You should be able to work it out though

I was wondering what was best for my 17" iMac. Overnight i do not use it, its turned on throughout the daytime. I was wondering whether the hardware would last longer if if i shutdown the mac overnight or put it to sleep instead. What are the benefits of both? Thanks!

You type its IP address into Safari's address bar. Most routers usually have the IP address 192.168.2.1 by default. Unless youve changed it, try this. Otherwise check your manual to see what the default IP address is.

Your on DCHP at the moment then? This worked fine for me. Open azureus and check which ports you are using (its easier to have the two ports the same). Next connect to your router and port forward the port from azureus as UDP and TCP. Restart your router and you should be good to go.

Mine sometimes quits once AVI's have finished. Not all the time though. Never quits at start. Cant remember which codecs i used though sorry.
