    anyone know anything about a problem in wolfenstein where coming back into 'limbo' mode causes the program to crash, EVERY time?? i love the game but i think id took it a little too seriously, i mean when i get killed the whole app goes down :eek:

    Epsons print driver release for 10.0.x was NOT released through them directly but through Apple. Which is why I was expecting it in this release. If you recall it was distributed only through the software update panel and the software section of the iDisk. But I read Epsons statement about it...

    Mac OS X 10.1 (5G64) GM- HOOAHHH!

    Has anyone noticed a decent speed improvement when moving from 5G40 to 5G64?? I ask this because I havent, in fact almost feels like I havent upgraded at all. Though my kernal version would beg to differ. and im on a DP too!! :eek:

    thanks for your help everyone, especially admiralak and vikingstad. im really interested in the hdutil command (starting to enjoy unix) as far as diskcopy goes i guess im in a standby mode unless apple is releasing it to their student developers...ill have to check that out.... thanks again.

    Benchmark your Mac

    In case anyone is interested I ran a few benchmarks on my not so new dual 533 ( digital audio, no fancy codenames for me =( )running OS X 10.0.4, 256 Megs. of RAM, 7200(?) RPM stock 20 gig. ATA, Adaptec Ultra160 controller attached to a 10k RPM Quantum 9 gig. and a nVidia GeForce2 MX. ok, here...
