Cool. You can probably get several tips by cleaning up some of the posts here. Basicly find a question that has been answered and organize the info with a link to the thread here and giving the person who answered the question credit.

How much Ram do you have and how many messages do you have to import? I got the out of memory error the first time I ran it, I had to set it to a very high number because I had so many messages to import. It might be a problem with virtual memory or you just aren't setting the memory high...
