    iTunes Question

True, but I have a relatively small (15") screen and I need to have as much free space as I possibly can. It would be great if someone knows a hack for this.

    iTunes Question

Is it possible to make iTunes stay hidden or minimized when I open new media files? It's really annoying to have the entire program come up every time I open a new mp3. Thanks. H

iTunes - Pepsi is a FARCE, a LIE, and a SHAME

They're all over here in the NYC area. I haven't seen a pepsi without the contest label in awhile. Some stores are probably just slow to stock the new bottles.

    New Omniweb browser

Well, it feels more like an Alpha. The stability is dreadful... it's, at least for me, not usable for even short periods of time. I can't use it for 5 minutes without experiencing a crash / hang, and that's no exaggeration. I understand it's not the final release, but I should be able to use a...

    New Omniweb browser

OmniWeb 5 crashes constantly, it's slower than Safari, it hangs on relatively simple pages, it still uses the Aqua interface which, I think, is harder on the eyes than brushed metal, and it's not free. The tabs with preview are nice, but until OmniGroup makes huge improvements to the program's...

Nope. I'm not usually watching a movie when it happens. I can't really figure out what's triggering it.

    Freezing iMac

I've repaired the permissions, I've run every script in MacJanitor, and the hardware test utility didn't detect problems. I have not tried disk repair utilities.

    Freezing iMac

My iMac has begun freezing again. It seems to happen when I'm running multiple processes at once and cpu usage is high, however it sometimes happens when I'm running only one program and when I leave it idle. The OS freezes up, however I'm still able to move the cursor. I've tried command option...

iTunes to MS -- safari next?

Apple should make Safari available to Windows users for the same reason that they're porting iTMS to Windows -- so it can more seriously compete with IE and Microsoft's alternative software. Safari will be a much bigger success if it's made available to the majority of internet users, but...

Or you could open Windows Media player, press Command U, and paste this URL: http://ak.buy.com/buy_assets/v6/buymusic/commercials/tommylee300k.wmv (Right click and copy link location if this forum cuts part out) =)

I was booting into os 9 to use vpc and as it was booting, a folder with a flashing question mark in the center of the screen appeared... as if OS 9 cannot be found. Now that's all I get when I turn on the computer and I can't figure out how to boot back into OS X. I don't have AppleCare and...
