i need a free program to rip DVDs onto my PC based VAIO. I don't like lugging my DVDs on airplanes for those long flights, so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. i need one for my mac also if thats possible. thanks

both dell and sony are plagued by the same problems: they bring out new products that suck. sony has they're playstation 2 console that always had something wrong with the disc tray and it couldn't read burned CDs...lame. dell has computers with monitors that couldn't light a room and disc trays...
