Count me in for crucial. I purchased a 512MB stick from them for my iBook and have had no problems. Shipping was fast and free.

I agree that it is personal preference. I just hope that Apple doesn't force a 14" on me. What I mean is that by the time I need a replacement for this iBook in 2-3 years, i hope that they won't have shifted the entire line to 14" screens and the larger form factors. I like the small size...

Yep. For me its either the 12" ibook or the TiBook. I'm not quite sure what segment the 14" book is targeting, when it and the TiBook are so close in price (but the TiBook is so much better spec'd). John

Hmm...well short of re-installing mac os x and sending the computer in for servicing, the steps in the Apple KB article didn't help much. Im interested in hearing whether anyone else has problems bring their computer back from sleep. Thanks! John
