I've got many, many folders in Entourage 2004 and thus far have been going into each one, option-clicking the columns, and choosing which ones I want to see (From, Subject, etc.). Is there some way to choose which columns to display ONE time, and have that apply to every folder? m19

Nope, just has the ID number. (Are you sure that's not what you're seeing?) The ID number and serial number are completely different. In any case, I figured a fix out by copying all the files over directly... I didn't think it'd work with OSX but it did! m19

Is there a Mac version of the ACT! software? Or, is there some way to access information created and stored in ACT! (on a PC) from the Mac? We basically just need to be able to access the names, addresses, etc. our PC users create from our own Macs. m19
