It shouldn't be hard at all, just the simple removal of the daughter card.

I never really looked into that. It shouldn't be that hard to upgrade the processor, the daughter card is not hard wired onto the mother board.

Again all Graphic cards are hard wired onto the mother board of every iMac. So probably no. :(

:( Its probably next to imposible to replace the Graphic card in the new iMacs. The NIVIDIA G-Force 2 MX is hardwired onto the mother board.
