I have had the same problem. It seems that Mail sends all attachments at 2 files...the image and a 1k file of another type. Because the the two files AOL converts them to a .mim file. It is a strange bug and I can't seem to find any help on the subject. But to test...send yourself a file and see...

I am having the same problem!! And the net result is that most AOL users can't read them AOL converts them to .mim files which virtually no one can open without a lot of extra effort. Why is it doing this??

btw...X11 is great for AbiWord and Gnumeric (word processor and spreadsheet). These are both components that are part of OpenOffice but run much faster independently than they do bundled together. They are great free alternatives to Word and Excel.

it is not possible, even short of rewriting the whole thing from scratch, to get wine running on a PowerPC platform. period
