10.2 freezes after sleep

My usb mouse sometimes freeze after i wake 10.2 from sleep, and i have to unplugg and replugg the usb hub (Cnet 4-port) to get it functional. Sometimes OSX freezes totally after i reconnect and i only get a message saying i have to restart by holding down the powerbutton on the machine..

Have your tried to install the 10.2.4 Combo Update? If not install it ASAP... If yes, refresh the installation... Repair Priviledges via the OS X Boot CD (install CD 1) just to be on the safe side... Let me know what gives afterwards...
