Accidnetly added new volume

I accidentally added a volume to the finder and I can't seem to get rid of it. When I try to click on it it says "cannot be found." When I try to control-click to delete it, it doesn't do anything.

If your extra volume is just in the sidebar, then just drag that volume out of the sidebar. The icon will disappear with a 'poof'
Or, you can open your Finder Preferences - under the Finder menu - and uncheck Hard disks, and then re-check the same box. Any temporary disks should not reappear.
