Aqua theme for aqua-wm?

I was wondering if there is anyway of making X11 look more like Aqua. Will I have to add a aquafied theme to GTK+, and QT for apps that use those libraries? has anyone tried this?
 
Yes, you'll have to get some GTK themes that are aquaish, there are a few out there that are ok looking, and a few that were pulled from sites for being too acruate. I had it workign for awhile, but GTK really annoys me, and I did something, it messed it up, and never felt like fighting with it again to make it pretty again :)
