Automating Safari (or another web browser)

I'm trying to figure out a way to make a web browser every twenty minutes or some somewhat short period go to a page, log me in, and then fill out and submit a form. Anyone have suggestions on how I can go about doing this?
 
with a simple applescript you can open the webpage, but im not sure what it takes to manipulate anything on the webpage. i bet that safari has good support for applescript though, it being designed by apple...
actually i just checked safari's dictionary, and if it does support applescript, it isn't documented yet. i wonder if it will be by the 1.0 release?
