I built a workflow which sends out the same email to everyone in a group(eg. "Colleagues"). Reason for using workflow is I thought it allows me to address the email to everyone in the group inidivudally so it is more personalised. Below is the workflow:
1) New Mail Message
2) Find People In Address Book (send emails to contacts in Colleagues group for example)
3) Group Mailer
4) Send Outgoing Message
However it does not work as expected. 1st, I still need to click on "Send" button in Mail to send the email. 2nd, it fails to send to everyone in the Group (it has 22 contacts) 3rd, after creating emails to a few recipients, I got an Applescript error saying the Mail got an error: AppleEvent timed out. (-1712).
Can you advise me how to correct this? I run my own business and sometimes I need to create emails for mass sending but with individual greetings such as "Dear Tom" instead of the usual "Dear Friends" or "Dear Recipient". Automator by right should allow me to do that.
