This is on a Powerbook G3 500 (Pismo) with 384 megs of ram.
After installing 10.2 (upgrade install from 10.1) The battery meter never shows as plugged in, just like it's charging and it always says "(Calculating...)" next to it.
If i have the machine hooked up to an CRT monitor, with the clamshell closed and video mirroring turned on the machine will go to sleep if I unplug the power supply. It should just go to battery.
I checked apple's website for a firmware update (found none) and I zapped the PRAM. Even went into openfirmware and did a set-defaults and a reset-all
Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?
Thanks
