binary file

Hello,
good mornig to everybody...I am new of this forum.
I have a question regardign the file in attach...these are the run module of a program . One file is for the Win version of the software...I need to use this file in the mac version. A collegue have say to me that is a binary file (ABIF file).
Anybody can help me??

If the file is for windows, you can't use it unless you have Windows installed using Boot Camp on your Intel machine.
You need to get the files specifically for a Mac otherwise.

Or Fusion, or Parallels. Or perhaps CrossOver could open it.
Otherwise, opening a file for a Windows program in Mac will work as well as opening a Mac program in a Windows OS (as in, wrong OS).
