Bit o' Powerbook RAM

I just upgraded my Powerbook to 1 gig so I have the old 256 MB module that the Book came with. It's a 550 MHz/100 processor. I'll take any reasonable amount since I really don't need it anymore.

hmm, what type of module is it? SO-DIMM, or so? could you check if it was compatible with revision D iMac... if it were, I'd be interested, if you still have it.
