Bluetooth File Sharing

crash

and burn
hello all. i was wondering if it's possible to obtain the Apple Bluetooth File Sharing apps without installing the OS from scratch. can they be extracted from the installer CD's in any way?

i have a full intsall of jaguar (10.2.4), so if it's not possible, could someone send the apps to me?

thanks

i'm sure there are tons of posts about it already, BUT.....

i just got a sony ericsson t68i, and it rules. i bought SE clicker right away and i have to say, i'm surprised at how fast the feedback is. you click the item on the phone, and the action takes place virtually instantaneously on the machine.

for those of you with bluetooth phones, i HIGHLY reccomend this software. it's available on versiontracker.

while on the subject of bluetooth, does anyone know of any other bluetooth hardware releases on the horizon? maybe a bluetooth VCR? or a bluetooth refridgerator?

I suggest you subscribe to something highly technical such as Wired for the latest info on any technology, including Bluetooth.

Isn't bluetooth part of the basic x.2.4 already? I thought that bluetooth software, including sharing, automatically works, if Bluetooth hardware is sensed. Am I wrong? The Pref pane is there already, but without hardware, does nothing. Same for the Ink stuff.

true, the software driver exists, but htere are one or two programs that come with installs of jaguar for transferring files, setting up a bluetooth device and i think for managing serial connections to bluetoth devices.
