Hi all!
Does anyone out there know how to create a bootable nortons systemworks 3 disk, so as to fix problems using nortons utilities and the like on the computers boot disk from the CD.

All valid suggestions welcome

thanx

What problems do you want to fix exactly ? By the way, OS X 10.3 prevents booting from CD anyway (so I'm told).

No you can still boot from CD. What you might be getting confused with is that the excellent program BootCD is not yet Panther compatible so as yet there is no mere mortal way of creating a bootable CD.

do yourself a favor. Do not use Norton's on an OS X system. Do some searching, you'll find loads of people that have had problems with Norton's. Use DiskWarrior, TechTool Pro, drive10.
Use fsck

But not Norton's.

And those are bootable CDs out of the box, made especially for OS X. :)
