My company is using an Appleshare server. When I save files to the server, and then my co-worker looks at the shared folder, none of the icons are correct, and the size reads as zero. If she puts in the correct file extension, such as .qxp for quark documents, she can open the file. However, when I try to load fonts on her computer by putting them on the server, it doesn't not recognize that the files are fonts and will not load them.
Her computer doesn't seem to recognize any files from the server unless she manually puts the extension in. Is there anyway to get her computer to recognize the file types of the files that are on the appleshare server?
