I need instructions, drivers and applications for installing and operating the CEI Raffles NTSC-J (Bt848) PCI video capture board, for installing under MacOS X 10.3.9. The closest I've come so far is a Linux based driver, but haven't tried compiling for MacOS X yet. Any advice from those who succeeded in getting it fully operational, both video and audio, would be greatly appreciated.
