Change permissions of OneDrive folder and files

Hello everyone! I would like to access my old company's OneDrive files synced locally to my pc. I cannot open any files due to permission issues. I cannot contact their IT. Does anyone know any tricks/hacks to remove permission/gain access to open files?? It does not let me take ownership via Get Info it's greyed out.

Sorry, we do not help those who want to hack into a drive that is not their own. Your best course of action is to delete/eject it from your computer.
