M MisterMe Registered Jan 22, 2007 #2 A miniDVD is a DVD. Remove the DVD from your camera and insert it into your Mac's tray-loading optical drive. In order to edit your video, you will have to use a RIPping utility like Handbrake.

J jasondurey Registered Jan 22, 2007 #5 But when trying to open and view them through iphoto says they are in an unknowen format. Iphoto is what the manual says to use. I have no trouble conecting and acessing even the mem stick but the files do not seem to be supported by my Mac J
