Connecting to remove server using MySQL

so I am at home, and I want to have a visual GUI program way to connect to a remote MySQL database that resides at my hosting company.

I have the Database name, User ID, and Password and the hostname, which good product (free is nice, I am poor) that will allow me to visually connect to the database and start exploring the Tables to see what's in them ?

Always try going to the source (in this case, mysql.com) first.

If you want to check out the available 3rd party software, there's also

Do a search for mysql at either site and you will find a number of products.
Try not to look at anything that hasn't had an update in the last 2 years.
