Well there's this, but it's not very good. It doesn't yet have the ability to play movies saved from YouTube and several other sources.

Sadly, it's all there is currently.
 
MPlayer can play FLVs. At least it can play all the ones I've tried with it.

(Note: Don't mistake the MPlayer I linked to to the other MPlayer. The other one is an unofficial build that's older and buggier, and I don't think it's being developed anymore.)
