Nope. I don't think there's any option. If you find a VGA-splitter, you might be able to show the same thing on both the LCD and the CRT, but that a) wouldn't look very good and b) would be a little redundant... No PC-Card slot on the iBook either. (And I'm not sure those solutions are that good, anyway. Not sure they work on a Mac, either...
