DVD stuck in drive.

Hey, I have a 12" iBook with CD burner and DVD player combo.
I also have a DVD recorder and on there I burnt a rugby match to a DVD-R. To test the DVD-R, I put it into my iBook.
When nothing had happened for a minute or more, I pressed F12 to Eject. It didn't come out. I have tried to eject from within "DVD Player" application and it won't.

How can I get this disk out?
I don't care if it is damaged, but I do care if my iBook is damaged.
Please give any advice you can.

Try rebooting holding the Option Key, if that doesn't work, then do the same with the mouse button.

Someone came to me with this problem a couple of days ago, and the connection between cdrom and the motherboard had come loose. It's an easy thing to check, pop out the keyboard, and remove the Aiport Tray. It's the connection in the top right corner.
