Epson R1800 Error code 9672

Please help! I've got an error code 9672 when I try to print. I have uninstalled and re-installed the epson software but same happens, driving me insane! Phoned epson, who told me about this forum, they say it's a Mac issue. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to resolve it? Any help very much appreciated.
 
Anyone who's interested i sorted it out! Deleted everything that said Epson in all locations on hard drive, then downloaded new printer driver from Epson website then re installed the epson disks, all fine.
 
Boy am I glad I found your comments ! I've been driven mad for several days trying everything. Living in a country town no MAC techie. Got a PC man out No use. Will try what you said. Is it essential to download a new Printer drive?
or can I use existing disc?
