Somebody Help!
I'm trying to connect my old G3 Powerbook running os9 to my iMac running OSX and have a 'crossover' ethernet cable.
I know that when your using OS 9 on both machines, you have to turn on AppleTalk at exactly the same time, which I can do and works fine when both machines are using 9.
I've tried turning on Appletalk on in the 'System Preferences/network" in OSX at the same time as turning AppleTalk on, on my pb but it doesn't work. Plz. Help
