File Sharing with multiple users

Hi all,
The subject might seem obvious but let me explain my problem. I used to have 1 user (admin user) on my Mac OS X which has Personal File Sharing turned on. I didn't had any problem with connecting to this machine remotely.
But now, I have created 2 more users on my machine. I have changed my old user's permission to standard and created a new admin user. Now if I try to connect to this machine remotely, then it doesn't work except with admin's login. For the users with standard permisson, when I authenticate, it says Mount failed. In my sharing setting, I have Personal File Sharing on and the other machine through which I am trying to access this machine is on the same LAN.
My mac version is Mac OS X 10.4. Please give me a few tips to get this fixed.

thanks,
