Garageband And Using Keyboard

Hi,

I'm playing with Garageband right now and I hate that using onscreen keyboard I have to press al the keys with mouse. Is there a way to simulate keyboard by using my computer's keyboard? [I'm using first version of GB]

The new version of GarageBand does have this, though if like me you still haven't bought iLife '05, there is a great little app called MidiKeys which does what you want ...
