Google Search Bar

I just noticed this today, but whenever i do a google search in the menu bar in Safari, it comes up as Google Russian...what the heck?

i check the languages and everything is set fine, why is this doing that?

I noticed something like that the first time that I used it. I had to go in and set my preferences to be English only at Google.com

Could I make it so when I search via the Google search built into Safari, it searches via co.uk instead of .com?
