how to deleting context menu item ???

hey guys, i have "better finder rename" in my right click context menu, and i dont have the program on my Mac n e more, so how do i delete the option in the context menu??

They're either in:

a) /Users/<your username>/Library/Contextual Menu Items, or
b) /Library/Contextual Menu Items
