I need Quicktime

you can reinstall it off of your os x cd using a very practical utility called 'pacifist'. it'll extract the files you need from the installer cd so you can just install quicktime without having to do the whole os again ... check it out at versiontracker ... :)
 
That tool is pretty sweet but i couldn't find quicktime. I also couldn't wait so i just remembered this application called 'Classic' and well i started that up and found a Classic Quicktime and used that.

... hmmm ... quicktime is there ... i erased it when i installed the dev preview of quicktime 6, and then, when i found that wasn't really working, i reinstalled quicktime 5 using pacifist. can't remember which directory exactly it was in, but it definitely was there ... :)
