I want to view my bandwidth leakage

Is there a program out there will allow me to view all bandwidth transit to and from my machine and which apps/processes are expending it? I have a funny feeling I'm bleeding bandwidth but I can't tell from where...

i have the same problem, but for some reason i don't seem to have activity monitor available???

Hmm... I might be wrong about this, but I think it might be part of Panther and not Jaguar. Do you have Panther?

ahhh, that'll probably be it. i'm running jaguar at the mo.... time to upgrade, perhaps.
