i just bought a imac snow, 600 g3 with the cdburner and all that hoopla and right out of the box my system acted wacky, so i reinstalle 9 and x and things were fine. The i noticed and this has happened 3 or four times now. I will be in internet exploror orplaying with the settings and the monitor turns off but power is still running to the comp and keyboard, no buttons or movements wake the comp and i end up haveing to push the power button to restart it. Also my cdrom drive which is a slot load sounds kinda loud and klunky to me, i ran the apple hardware test cd and it said everything was fine. Any ideas?
