iMac Video Card: Dual Monitors & Upgradeable?

So I'm considering purchasing a new IMac with the following specs:

# 2.93GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
# 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 4x2GB
# 1TB Serial ATA Drive
# 8x double-layer SuperDrive
# ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB GDDR5 SDRAM

Two questions I had on it-
  • Is the video card in there upgradeable in the future?
  • Will this card be able to handle running two monitors efficiently? I plan to do some pretty intensive video editing on Final Cut Pro with the system.

1) No, it's not upgradeable.
2) Yes, it should handle two monitors with aplomb.

What do you mean by "pretty intensive video editing?" Does that mean many, many layers? Or does it mean applying tons and tons of effects?
