Imovie Install

i have an emac (OS X Vers. 10.3.9 1.25 GHz) and am trying to get imovie happening. I can't see imovie anywhere at all on my emac and i checked this by searching in finder. It is definitely not there... all the other ilife apps are. So I get new imovie 3 CD and try to install but I get this warning (see below) and cannot proceed.

you cannot install this software on this volume (Mac HD/with 5 GB available). A newer version of the package is already installed.

But I can't find the 'newer version' anywhere...

iMovie's icon should appear in the Dock. The application should be found in the /Macintosh HD/Applications/ folder.

Look in;

Library>Receipts

If iPhoto.pkg is in there, drag to the Desktop and then try installing.
