I'm not sure where you'll be landing(if you're flying), or where you're going in Canada, but if you are going/landing in Toronto, Bell Canada has set up free wireless access points that they are testing. Look for a phone booth that doesn't quite look like a regular phone booth. That'll be the WAP. It's all steel, blue, and enclosed.
