IOKit Kernel Panic - Help!

I'm having kernel panics that list a file called com.apple.iokit. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the crashes, although the last one happened after my monitor came out of sleep. Not sure what hard/software this file is related to, but I understand it may have to do with video cards or USB devices. I'm on a dual 500Mhz G4, OS 10.2.6.

Any ideas, anyone?:(
