iSight w/yahoo messenger 2.5.3

My iSight recently stopped working with yahoo messenger 2.5.3. It connects momentarily, and then says it has stopped. I have tried altering settings, but to no avail. Yahoo is IMPOSSIBLE to contact on the subject.

Trash yahoo plist and re-try. Moreover, trash Yahoo messenger and all related files reinstall. I have noticed the same issue, that has worked for me. Simply put, yahoo messenger for the Mac sucks.
