ISP to blame?

Ive joined virgin.net broadband a month ago and ive noticed everything is really fast in the morning 5meg, by the evening its down to 200kbps

this happens every day and i never had this problem with other ISP's

should I compain?

It would appear that your connection gets slower as more users access it. This is understandable. It may be due to your ISP. It may also be due to the sites that you are visiting.

You can try to access sites outside the US in a time-zone which is in the night zone. I could give you some sites, but i do not know if a speedtest site in dutch will help you (www.speedtest.nl). At busy times overhere i check american sites for performance purposes.
