I recently installed the latest version of iTunes and now my system is whack.
Firstly, iTunes requires me to re-authorize my computer every time I start it after quitting or restarting the computer.
In the first few days after installing, iTunes would freeze up and even "force quit" would not close it. I'd have to restart the computer. THAT issue seems to have magically resolved itself, however. It hasn't done that in awhile.
BUT: Now Mail is refusing to recognize my server password (which has not changed). I type in the correct password at the prompt, and sometimes it will work, sometimes not. I go to webmail at dotmac and everything is fine there. Force-quitting mail then restarting will ask for the password once more, then takes it and is fine again.
I deleted all the .plist files for Mail and iTunes, but it seems to have had no effect.
Any ideas?
