Laser Printer Printing Problem

I have a Lexmark E120 hooked to my iMac. When I print something out, the right side of the sheet has ugly short horizontal black lines from top to bottom, about 1/16th of an inch wide. What is causing this? I switched out the toner cartridge but it still has this problem.

I tried cleaning every rubber roller I could find but the issue is still there. It's probably cheaper to buy a new printer than take it in to get it cleaned.
