My mac used to log in automatically to the AirPort network when there was no security. I turned on WPA security on the AirPort Extreme base station, using the same Mac with the AirPort Setup Assistant, and the response that was displayed indicated the base station and the mac are set up properly for connection.
Now, when I login to MacOS X, the AirPort login doesn't occur and the network name of the base station is not selected in the AirPort menu. When I select it from the AirPort menu, AirPort logs in without problems.
Is there a way to make the mac login to the AirPort network automatically with WPA security turned on at the base station, so I don't have to take any action to be online other than login to MacOS X?
